An optometrist who is personable and caring and fits into our culture of fun and lifelong learning will be a welcome addition to our team. This person will have a passion for helping others and providing the best experience and care for patients.

As a California licensed optometrist in our practice, you are not limited to, but will be expected to:

Perform comprehensive eye exams for patients of all ages in both our San Jose and Saratoga offices

Evaluate, diagnose and refer or treat ocular disease

Fit and prescribe contact lenses: single vision, multifocal and toric, soft and RGP lenses

Perform binocular vision evaluations, diagnosis and treatment of BV disorders

Prescribe prism and other therapeutic lenses (Neurolenses)

Prescribe vision therapy

Provide myopia management (CRT, MiSight)

Handle eyecare emergencies

Co-manage Lasik and cataract patients

Use MaximEyes practice management EHR

We currently utilize the following pretesting equipment:

Autorefractor (including Topography)

Auto-lensometer, Manual Lensometer, Radiuscope

Eyecare Tonometer, Non-Contact Tonometer

Humphrey Threshold Field Tester

Pachymetry

Spectral Microscopy

Eiden Wide Angle Fundus Camera, Anterior Slit Lamp Hitachi Camera

Neurolens Screener to Determine Contour Prism

Zeiss HDOCT

Blood Pressure
