Set daily priorities and ensure work is completed to Lotus standards
Train team members on proper horticultural techniques and care methods
Maintain a calm, solutions-oriented presence on site

Maintain organization across multiple properties and priorities
Compensation & Growth
Competitive salary based on experience
Leadership growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding company
Opportunity to shape and influence the future of a high-end horticultural brand
Work on some of the most beautiful properties in the region
