The Department of Physics, Chemistry and Pharmacy, University of Southern Denmark (SDU) in Odense invites applications for a postdoctoral position in the Simonsen group within molecular biophysics of food ingredients. The research is focused on structural and physical aspects of food ingredients and food matrices using high resolution microscopy and image analysis. We are seeking a highly motivated applicant to join our research team for a project on molecular scale imaging of food molecules in collaboration with an external company partner.
